Rezeem believes in the importance of diversity and difference, and therefore works to promote diversity at all levels of its work, starting with its staff, which comprises a diverse range of cultural, ethnic, and national backgrounds, and ending with the women participating in its programs and activities, whom it considers true partners in the struggle to build a democratic Syria where social justice prevails.
